The evening will begin with a welcome cocktail collaboration between Clear Creek Distillery and Suzor Wines. Tusk’s Executive Chef/Partner Sam Smith will prepare a four course menu celebrating the height of summer produce, starting with Tusk-style mezze, and moving on to a feast centering around lamb and seasonal salads. Winemaker Greg McClellan of Suzor will pour his Rosé, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to accompany the meal.

1st

Bread, Pickles, Olives, Labneh, Zucchini dip, Marinated eggplant

2nd

 tomatoes, plums or peaches, pistachios, urfa pepper

cucumbers, melon, jalapeños, cilantro, sumac, pepitas

3rd

Lamb shanks, hominy, tomatoes, sweet peppers

Corn, whipped feta, Aleppo pepper

4th

Olive oil cake, orange blossom whip cream, berries, rosemary

Family-style dinner begins at 5:30pm.
$125 per person includes dinner, cocktail, wine pairing and gratuity.

This dinner is limited to 40 guests. Guests must be 21 and over. Because these dinners are open seating, we suggest arriving a little early to accommodate your seating needs.Please note that tickets are non-refundable, but are transferrable.
