After practicing Yoga for 10+ years Katie received her 200 hour RYT at Core Power Yoga in Portland, Oregon in 2016. Katie is Yogi, Climber, dog mom, and all around nature lover. Through the mindful movements of Yoga, Katie brings her calm voice and a playfulness onto the mat. She will guide you through an all levels Vinyasa practice helping you find meditation through movement as well as a deeper connection to mind, body, and spirit. Everyone is welcome! Please bring a mat, towel, and water bottle.
