In the spirit of the American tradition of going out for Chinese food on Christmas day, we've invited chefs Matthew Rudofker and Joshua Pinskey from the famed international Momofuku restaurant empire to prepare an intimate feast in the lodge on Christmas Eve. The three-course family style menu is Chinese-inspired, and also brings some of Momofuku’s most famous dishes to the table. This will be the first time chefs from Momofuku have come to Oregon to prepare a dinner, and surrounded by the stunning forest setting, it will no doubt be a meal to remember!
