To complement a weekend of mushroom hunting around the lodge with the folks of Wildcraft Studio, chef Joshua McFadden of Portland's Ava Gene's will be preparing a FULL ON BRITISH-ISLE STYLE MUSHROOM AND FORAGED THINGS DINNER. What's more, brewer Paul Arney from Bend's Ale Apothecary will be pairing his 100% local to Oregon beers with each course.
Not to be missed, this fall harvest dinner will be offered with a great soundtrack and a suggested wine + beer pairing, all available a la carte.
$75 per person includes gratuity. Ale Apothecary pairing offered separately. SOLD OUT
The Ale Apothecary is the only brewery making beer by direct-sourcing 100% of the raw materials from farms in Oregon. We combine these ingredients with our own unique brewing process up in a tiny brewery in the woods outside of Bend, using the native microflora to ferment our beer. The result is a completely new beer experience that blurs the line between beer, wine & champagne where the focus on flavor is subtly tart and fruity with nuances from oak barrels, where each beer spends at least one year aging. 100% naturally bottle-conditioned with Oregon honey, these beers are made for celebrating the ancient history of totally natural beer made from a very specific place.
